Twentyseven Global weighed in on a recent Xconomy article stating that Denver startup incubator and coworking space Galvanize has raised $13 million so far in a recent funding round from 23 investors and is looking to raise $7.5 million more.
Galvanize’s office is located in a historic building in the
Golden Triangle neighborhood of Denver.
Creighton O’Neal, vice president of client service at Twentyseven Global, said, “Even though we’re relatively new to the Denver startup and tech scene, we can already see the huge impact Galvanize has on the local Denver startup community. Twentyseven Global is proud of its work with Kansas City startups, and we hope to continue that tradition in Denver.”
Galvanize hosts numerous events for the Denver community including a monthly Denver New Tech Meetup, the Hack4Colorado hackathon and Google for Entrepreneurs’ Denver, which took place last summer. It also leads a school for coders and software developers and according to Xconomy, created its own seed fund.
