Another C-Level @ Mile High is in the books! Last week, Matt Henley, CTO; Creighton O’Neal, Vice President – Client Service; and Pat Kinne, Senior Consultant, attended the 11th annual C-Level event presented by the Colorado Technology Association (CTA). This marks the fourth year of attendance for the Twentyseven Global team, and this year’s event did not disappoint.

O’Neal said, “the first time we attended C-Level was right before we expanded to Denver a few years ago. We had already decided to open an office in Denver, but we wanted to get involved with the CTA and integrated into Denver’s technology ecosystem and it seemed like a great way to get started. The CTA does a lot of great things for the technology community and helps businesses get connected.”

The CTA sponsors several events throughout the year, but C-Level is by far the largest with more than 1,000 people in attendance. One aspect that resonated with the team this year was the participation by companies of all sizes. Traditionally, these events are sponsored by large companies but O’Neal was impressed with the small and mid-sized business in attendance and the partnerships being formed between all of them.

“Often times, with a smaller organization, you can move quickly and produce results in a short amount of time. Larger organizations are working more and more with smaller companies to take advantage of this. Small and mid-sized companies are often innovative and on the cutting-edge of technology and can often supplement a large company with the skill sets and resources that may not be available in-house, so the relationship is mutually beneficial. The CTA is doing a lot to help bridge that gap.”

The team walked away winning a couple of C-Level events and many potential business opportunities. O’Neal said, “These may or may not result in new projects for our team, but at the end of the day, it’s a great way to get our name out there and continue to build relationships in Denver’s technology community.”
