How to get job vacancies from multiple sources around the world consolidated into a single, modernized careers site?

As the largest privately held insurance broker in the world, 27Global’s client had been experiencing steady year-over-year growth. To support their business and continue their growth trajectory, the client sought to hire top-level talent around the world and across their multiple lines of business.

Their recruiting processes and platforms were strong, but they identified many regions where they had siloed or duplicative processes which resulted in subpar experiences for applicants, as well as Lockton’s internal recruiters. Sometimes a single job vacancy would be listed on multiple sites, and candidates were applying in two places for the same job. Internally, their recruiters did not have good visibility or reporting on the candidate pipeline.

The client determined that they wanted to consolidate their recruiting efforts into a single, unified careers site that would serve all job seekers globally. They designed an enhanced front-end for the site, making the job search process faster and easier. However, there were two different source systems for the job listings that had different back-ends and data types. It was also unclear how they would be able to make the various job listings conform to the newly redesigned front end.
