27Global Founder & CEO Steve Roatch attributes this growth to a robust culture and a forward-thinking strategy. Four years ago, 27Global increased investment in technology architecture. In the last decade, 27Global has outgrown its office, relocating to – and filling – a new office in Leawood, Kansas, opened and tripled the size of its Denver office, and staffed more than 60 employees in Vietnam. Roatch says the industry landscape is “virtually unrecognizable” today, noting how difficult it can be to keep step with changes. He believes 27Global has cemented its place in the market because of its willingness to forecast trends, take risks and hire the right people.

“Everybody feels like it’s a collaborative environment, which is a direct result of our reinforcement of core values at all meetings,” Roatch said. “We live by the abundance mentality, which maintains that there’s enough success to go around. We don’t have situations where employees are reluctant to help one another because we share in the success we achieve together.”

The company already has 127% of 2019’s revenue under contract for 2020, with another 20-40% anticipated in sales revenue growth. As they enter the new year, Roatch expects the team will continue to broaden and deepen their expertise, setting high goals for both personal and professional development:
